Our Whole Body Cryotherapy sessions involve exposure of the entire body to sub-zero temperatures for a duration of up to 3 minutes. This intense cold triggers a natural response within the body, causing blood vessels to constrict and divert blood flow away from extremities. As a result, blood is redirected towards the core, safeguarding vital organs. This shift in circulation enhances oxygen levels and releases proteins that aid in reducing swelling. Upon exiting the Cryotherapy chamber and returning to regular room temperature, the oxygen-enriched blood circulates back throughout the body.
Wondering what to expect during your first Cryotherapy session with us? After completing a simple medical waiver, you'll be directed to a private changing room. Since our Cryotherapy Chamber uses sub-zero temperatures to deliver cold therapy, certain parts of your body need protection from the cold. We'll provide you with a hat, socks, slippers, and gloves to wear during your session. While some people wear just shorts or other workout clothes, we can also offer you a robe for additional coverage.
Once you're dressed in your protective gear, you'll head to our unique Cryotherapy chamber. You can choose some music to get you pumped up before stepping into the chamber, where you'll stay for up to 3 minutes.
If you can't go the full 3 minutes, don't worry! You can build up to a longer session over time, gradually increasing your tolerance for the cold with each visit. It generally feels like standing outside on a freezing winter day!
After you exit the chamber, you might feel more energized, alert, and could even notice an uplift in your mood.
We want to know your needs exactly so that we can provide the perfect solution. Let us know what you want and we’ll do our best to help.
