What to Expect?

Unsure of what to expect when you arrive at Restore for a Red Light Therapy session? Red Light Therapy, also known as PBM or Photobiomodulation Therapy, offers a painless and soothing experience that lasts just ten minutes. Upon arrival, you will complete a brief waiver before being guided to our private Red Light Therapy room. Our helpful staff will activate the Red Light Therapy machine and then provide you with privacy. Customers typically remove their shirt or don a robe to optimize skin exposure to the therapeutic light. As the session progresses, you'll feel a gentle warmth emanating from the lights. If preferred, you may wear sunglasses during the PBM session or simply relax, close your eyes, and bask in the radiant glow!
